Healing Partner THH Healing Studio
Healing Partner:
THH Healing Studio
Checkpoint is piloting a sponsored healing-support pathway with THH Healing Studio in Fayetteville for people moving through grief, trauma, recovery-related strain, major life transitions, and other difficult periods.
The goal is not to prescribe what healing should look like. It is to make another form of meaningful support easier to reach while respecting the person receiving support and the practitioner providing it.
Reach Checkpoint directly. You do not need to explain your personal situation in detail just to start the conversation.
Healing looks different for everyone.
These sessions offer a warm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore what you need most.
Your session may include therapeutic bodywork, nervous system support, breathwork, movement, meditation, somatic practices, energy work, or a blend of approaches.
Everything is guided by your comfort, preferences, and goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. Just space to listen to your body, meet yourself where you are, and find what feels supportive for you that day.
What could a session look like?
Tap an option to explore some of the approaches that may be available. You do not have to choose one before reaching out.
A session shaped around you
A session does not have to fit into one category. Taryn may use one approach or blend several depending on what you are comfortable with and what feels supportive that day.
You do not have to figure out the first step alone.
Checkpoint uses a warm-introduction process so someone already carrying a lot does not simply receive another phone number and another task.
Reach Checkpoint

Confirm Availability

Give Permission
If you want to move forward, Checkpoint asks for your name, email, and permission to introduce you to the Healing Partner.
Warm Introduction
Checkpoint sends a short introduction email connecting you with Taryn so you do not have to make the first outreach alone.
You Take It From There
You and Taryn arrange scheduling and talk directly about what kind of session feels supportive and comfortable for you.
We only need enough information to make the connection. The details of what you have experienced are not used as a test of whether you deserve support.
Thinking of yourself or someone else?
You can reach out for yourself or let Checkpoint know about someone you care about who may benefit from one of the currently sponsored sessions.
You do not need to send us their personal story or explain everything they are going through. If a session is available, we can help make the next step privately.
If you are recommending someone else, please make sure they are open to receiving support before sharing their contact information.
Access for the person. Respect for the practitioner.
Checkpoint does not want healing partnerships to depend on practitioners constantly giving their professional time away for free.
Community sponsorship creates another option: someone can receive meaningful support without cost becoming the immediate barrier, while the person providing that service is still respected and compensated.
For now, contact Checkpoint directly and mention Healing Support.
[email protected] [email protected]Supportive wellness care. Human connection. No false promises.
The sponsored THH sessions offered through Checkpoint are supportive wellness services. They are not a replacement for medical treatment, mental-health treatment, emergency services, or other licensed clinical care when those services are needed.
Checkpoint does not diagnose conditions or determine what treatment someone needs. Taryn and THH Healing Studio remain responsible for the scope, practices, boundaries, and services provided within their work.
If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911.
